I would have created a trouble ticket for this but I can not log into the control panel. It is telling me that the cp url can not be found.
Also,
My mail server mail.teleportjobs.com can not be polled. Is there a problem with the mail servers? Some of my other mail servers are working. Please let me know what is going on.
Everything is fine, no issues at all.
I just checked your control panel and was able to ping mail.teleportjobs.com without issues
You can submit a ticket by logging into http://cp.m****here.biz;8080 or http://cp.jodoshared.com:8080
They are both fine

The mail server is working now but I get an error when trying to login to the control panel still.
It says:

I will email the helpline as well.
Our staff is continually logged into the cp.jodoshared.com, no issues
But the Slave DNS record for cp.jodoshared.com may have been cached by you or your ISP, that might have caused this issue. Read more here: http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?p=20336#post20336

I am a bit confused. I can access my site fine but can not access the control panel. I’m not sure how to do the dns flush. The instructions in the DNS rebuild post did not work. Can you offer any suggestions?
Well it seems to be working now. Whatever the problem was it’s fixed.
Go to Start > Run
type in this:
dns /flush
Press OK.
Then try visiting cp.jodoshared.com and do a hard refresh (Crtl+F5)
If that doesn’t work, your ISP has cached the slave DNS record. You’d have to wait for them to refresh their cache (normally 8 hours,. maximum 24 hours).

OK, your ISP most likely did a refresh or dns /flush worked for you.
