If the user uses a mail client sending will still work, true mail server is not blocked. We are working on the webmail filtering outgoing spam, which is what this IP that is blocked is (the filtering server) so either some spam got by or it thinks the increased mail volume from the IP is odd.

It has been resolved. Kindly try now to send mail(s) using this webmail.

The ip address 173.0.130.78 is not currently listed as “poor” on the Barracuda Reputation System.

Note that the page doesn’t give status of the IP until you enter the code. The landing page itself looks like it is giving result, but not, enter the code and you can see the status.
