Mail Server Issue

One of my customers is having a VERY long delay when trying to receive email from jodo mail server. I have confirmed it takes a long time and sometimes just fails.

I would tell you which mail server, but I can’t get the control panel to load all the way up so I can tell.

I think it is mail3, but can’t say for certain.

Anyone else having a long delay with receiving mail?

Control Panel finally loaded… the mail server says mail2 → mail4.

I was told there was a backup process that was causing the problem.

Things are back to normal.
