One of my main concerns for my clients is email.
Many of them depend solely on them for their business to run.
I am not fimiliar on the way the server here is set up. I activated in all my plans the Mail relay option.
What happens if the mail server fails, does the relay come into action, do we go continuously with email or does email stop?
Do we loose email when the server is down, whats the time frame to get a complete backup of the serer up and running?
Sorry for this question, but if yo ucan help with some info I would gladly appreciatte it.
