Since a few minutes ago I can ping it but still can access my email…

So the server is up but not working…

Its working perfectly here. Try using IP instead of hostname:
204.14.107.1

I get a different error when I use the ip:

Task ‘[email protected] - Sending and Receiving’ reported error (0x800CCC90) : ‘Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ??RR unable to open that message’

Did the IP change again? My external DNS MX record is set to: 63.209.158.6

Can you and/or your team PLEASE create a list of people to notify when the mail server IP changes? I’ve had this same problem each time the mail server IP changes.

the new mail server IP is 204.14.107.1

change that from the 63.

I already did that…was just bringing it to Yash’s attention.

We had mass mailed everyone about the change Rob a while ago

I obviously didn’t receive it, so please let me know the address these messages are coming from so that I can whitelist it.
