I am not able to receive email.
Even more serious, when I tried sending mail to one such address by another mail server, I am getting error 553. Earlier when mail servers were down, at least the mail was received and accumulated. Now, this seems to be a serious problem. I just submitted a ticket.
We are working on mail1. Other mail servers are OK. Mail1status is being reported in network outage section.
same problem here, no mail in my inbox for last 2 days.

Are you sure - last two days? Mail1 is having problems causing few hours delays. We are preparing a new server for that. Ists status is being reported.
whoops…its 1am here…i take that back, apols…last mail i recieved was 0300 my time…22hrs.
This issue is since 28 houres exactly. Yesterday , 4 houres earlier now this issue was detected by me and my customers.

Somebody from jodo said in this forum 8 houres ago that the new server was prepared, is it true or not?
