mail1 is being blocked by hotmail again, wow what a week..
hotmail says these are unblocked but may take 24-48 hours to go through their system.
I’m getting mail through from mail1 to a couple test windows live accounts now.

I am seeing updates on the hotmail reputation system with only a couple web servers having issue now.
