I see alot of problems with mail1 in the forum this month, and now i have gotten a complaint from a client. Please advise.
Receiving’ reported error (ox8004210E): ‘Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: File busy try again later!’
We are working on this issue. This is happening occasionally and we are aware of it.
We have scheduled another upgrade on mail1 for thursday night to hopefully permanently take care of these issues
Ok Yash, I know the issues and totally understand as servers cause issues at times. I will let my clinet know, shes ok as long as I stay in contact with her. Thanks
