Is mail 3 down, client cannot pop of server to outlook, getting this error.
The connection to the server has failed. Account: ‘Spam’, Server: ‘mail.domian.com’, Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
Nevermind we got things fix. Thanks to Neeraj, for her help and patience figuring this out. She walked me through the steps and took her time with me.

I talked to someone last August when I joined Jodo, and she had a simular name as yours, I thought you were the same person. She had to call me to verify something so I knew she was a female…

I must confess being unfamiliar with most Indian names. I always struggle in my communications with Jodo staff…I’m nervous about getting a “he” or “she” wrong. I have resorted to Google searches to determine the gender of a name, but it’s not always clear-cut.
Perhaps you folks could post a page of staff details for us less worldly folks..I’m thinking name, gender, position at Jodo, techno-specialties, or anything else that might help us work with you better.
Certainly, this isn’t a critical need, just a nicety.
