We are not able to connect to mail3. We are looking in to this .
Server is up and coming to normal now. We are investigating this.
We have again stopped mailservice on mail3.
mailservice has been resumed.
The mail server is still acting periodically sluggish. There are some issues with its spam service and we are working to fix this issue at the soonest. Incoming/outgoing services continue to function, however you may notice occasional timeouts while trying to POP3…
No emails are being lost. We expect to bring the server back to normal speed very shortly
The issue has been resolved
POP AND SMTP are down while Ranjan is working on mail3 again, he should be done shortly.
And Mail3 is back up.
Tanmaya wil be working with me the coming hours to get this matter resolved permanently.
