I have a client that is having issues connecting to mail4 intermittantly and failing to get into his control panel.
Has anyone experienced this in the last 4 hours. He is quite upset. I have tested things and I don’t have a problem, but that is the nature of intermittent… maybe I just haven’t hit the intermettent timing.
I am running some trace routes from his site to see if there are any problems there, but the initial runs are not showing any problems.

No reported issues that I see, no tickets about this either, if it is CP and mail, it sounds to me like an ISP issue, if I were guessing, as those are different servers.

There seems to be some loss on the verio network… can you contact them?
Sorry that I don’t know how to get this thing to line up cleanly in here. I have an html copy as well, but I don’t know how to get that in the forum either.

Dang… what the heck is wrong with these people… It is worse this morning. Any reason why Verio is so bad?
I would imagine a lot of folks here go through that network. Arghh… I have never passed through this provider for other hosting and they are they worst.
I have the worst route to the best hosting provider I have ever had. What can be done to light a fire under these folks?
Also I know there was a site that showed a map of the world and how the internet is flowing. I found this one, but it is not what I have seen before: http://www.internetpulse.net/

pnap is only having packetloss becuase of the packetloss at verio.
EVERYONE goes via the pnap (internap) router, and it is not having this for most people.
Also, all we can do is inform internap, as Verio is part of the package when using Internap in Miami.
