Mail4 has been down all morning. I submitted a ticket with no response yet. Any ideas when this is coming back?
Jodopulse is reading OK for mail4. You sure you’re not on mail1? That’s been down like 45 mins
Well our mail address is mail4.bassodesigngroup.com so I assume it’s mail4.
Mail4 is OK, Mail1 SMTP has been stopped to take backup of current queue.
httpd someone got stopped on mail4. It only effected webmail. It is fixed now.
