mail4 on TQMcube spamlist

Hi,

Trying to reply to an email enquiry, but reply bounces as apparently Mail4 is listed on TQMcube as a Spam source:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail4.m****here.biz.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

It looks like this list has listed a huge subnet that includes this IP. Please submit a ticket with the details and it will be followed up.

Problem still persists.

they are not very prompt at getting back to requests esp when they are not blocking specifically one IP, but a massive list of 1000’s in one range.
