Stephen said mail4 is now up but when I check, it is not UP yet. mail and webmail are still down at the moment.
From mail server status, mail 1 - 6 are paused.
can someone give an update?
They are up, all of them, jodopulse has not been used to monitor mail servers in a long time.

I would like to suggest to you open a support ticket OR send us email with mention domain name then we will check it.
