mail5 is not responding over network. We are looking into the issue and will post an update soon.
Been about about 7 minutes here now.
I made a trip to the datacenter to resolve the issue on mysql8 and mail5 to ensure there was no additional problem. I was able to resolve with a reboot of the servers in the end however.
