I think this is not related to the current thread about mail6 problems because I’m seeing this since like 3 days ago.
I had no sites using this until recently I added a few.
The problem is, emails are not getting in. I can send emails, but not receive. And this is not related to client configuration, because I’m using the web interface.
Just curious I went to dnsreport and found this:

What could it be?
BTW, what are the “gw-mail.*” servers for ?
I didn’t realize I don’t have “gw-mail6” in my zone instant aliases (E.Manager->DNS Manager->View zone instant aliases).
that is exactly why it won’t work 
you had not submitted server aliases, it is mail anti spam gateway.
I did it.
In E.Manager->Server Aliases, I do have:
mail6.aspnethosting.net mail6.m****here.biz (mail server)
But in E.Manager->DNS Manager->View zone instant aliases, in the “Custom DNS records for DNS zone aspnethosting.net” section I have gw-mail and gw-mail2 to 5, but not 6.
Also, I have d-mx1-mail.aspnethosting.net to d-mx5-mail.xxx, but not d-mx6-mail!
gw-mail6.aspnethosting.net. was not pointing to the correct ip. I have fixed it now. It may take some time for propagation.
Hey, it appeared right now, I thought I was seeing an hallucination.
Do I need the CNAME for d-mx5-mail6.xxxx.net as well?

There is no need for d-mx5-mail6.xxxx.net.
Ok, seems I’m getting email now.
But why DNSreport keeps telling me I don’t have a rDNS for this?
