Mailbox problem, not serious.

Hi,

I have a ticket (IOS-75949-968) at resellerdesk.jodohost.com, for a problem with one of our email account, on wich we cannot access their contacts (we get a error 500). This is an account from a customer, wich uses it for work.

Now, the answer I get from support guy is:

[email protected] is having mailbox size 108.96 MB of 500 MB.
This is not suitable for using with web mail.
Please use outlook or other mail client for this mail box.

It sounds like the contacts may be causing a php memory overage making the server error, and that may be the technical reason behind the answer.

Thanks, that sounds much real than the original answer. Anyway, I need a solution for this. Maybe a download link of the existing contacts? I need to provide my customer a solution.
