Mailing lists - trailers (footers) not working

A client tells me that he’s tried to add trailers to his listservs and they’re not showing up. I gave a look in the CP but I don’t see anything particularly wrong with his list configuration. Are they supposed to work?

This is on a cluster 1 site on web15.

I would like to suggest to you please open a support ticket with mention all information. So that we can check it.

For anyone who looks at this thread, the resolution was that this was simply a misunderstanding of the capabilities of the list management software. It will add trailers to just text-only emails. My client was sending HTML (formatted Outlook) emails to the list.
