Main Page prompt for a password

Hi,

I create a new acc for my client, but when I go to their main page using temp url or domain name, it will prompt for a password..

Normally I dint get this when i created a new account.

The account are on wincf

Any idea?

I suggest you open a ticket. There is a possibility that the site was incorrectly configured by HSphere
