Major problems with .NET sites

We have had several server issues with .net sites over the past couple of months. I have two clients asking to be moved. Currently, both of those sites are having server issues.

Is there some underlying issue causing recurring problems?

Example site - http://www.wideopendesign.com
Other example - http://www.ensleybeautysupply.com (should be a list of categories down the left-hand side)

Both of those sites share the same server are both on MSSQL12.

There is an issue with ISAPI that is trigger by…something. I am working on the trigger point now. when that happens we can unload the isapi and reload it,and it will resolve, but that ISAPI..is the logging. so it is a bit required to be there.

BTW I posted about the matter in status forums as well.

Thanks for the help, Stephen.

Similar issues have been recurring for these two customers quite frequently lately. One actually requested to be moved to a different host on Monday. Can you give me legitimate reassurance that this will not be a continuing issue? If not, I will be forced to move this client to a new host.

Thanks again for the help.

We’ll be moving you all shortly, in fact can move here in the next 48 hours with a server move if you wish.

Oddly the two servers we’ve seen this matter on have both had some RAID issue as well(raid breaking). so that may play a part in it

Can you please email me with the details of the proposed move (48 hours move)? The last thing I want to do is move from Jodo, but the client is forcing my hand due to the issues they have had, and I don’t blame him at all.

Remember, we are MOVING EVERYTHING (we announced it earlier this year, and recently finished except CP on CL2)

All miami is moving to new datacenter in Texas, I am just saying we could do a user level move sooner. I will not let you know further till the destination server is ready.

I understand, but it sounded like you were moving some of the sites in 48 hours and might be able to help with my current issue by moving these sites early.

I will wait for your reply about the destination server being ready. I would definitely prefer this over moving hosts.

thanks,

not moving on a per site basis unless needed/desired  Which we are more than willing to offer to you as soon as ready. I’ll let you know, I am moving to customer only so you don’t get spammed on email.

Thanks. We are definitely “desiring” to be moved ASAP.
