Is there a cap on the mailing list contacts ? I have over 4000 addresses and was wondering if it would work ok if I send the mass mailing form ?

If you plan on sending regular mailings, I’d look into a solution that does some handles keeping track of bounces, unsubscribes, click-through rates, etc.
Unfortunately I don’t personally know of any good software to do this on a small/medium scale like yours. I sometimes assist with technical issues related to mailings, but I think the system we use is a bit expensive for your needs. We use it to send mailings ranging in volume from 5,000 to +/- 200,000 several times a month.
