Why is it that when you add additional domains into one account, the MB usage goes up by around 2-3MB even when there are no files, images and scripts uploaded?

Forgot to mention that I deleted the /cp folder, it’s images, login and index page - all this and still have this usage showing up.
stats only update once every 24 hours.
The diskspace stats are not that accurate anyways
