We plan to migrate mssql12 tonight.
The other servers that ‘may’ be migrated are:
win30
win31
win33
only MSSQL12 will move tonight and it will be taken down for the move in 45 minutes to 1 hour from now.
SQL services being stopped for migration copy.
Data copy done, SQL server up, data restored. Setting redirect now so it works for everyone on old IP as well.
ok IP redirect is up now, and connections incoming.
The IP redirector crashed under the load of MSSQL12 connections we are working on bringing it up now.
there is a new IP redirector up now that is working better.
IP migration complete for mssql12.
