I was wondering if it was just me or if anyone else is having the same problem. I tried submitting a ticket a few minutes ago, but the new ticket never registers (and I never receive a confirmation).
My open and close ticket lists are missing as well? ?(

I logged back in just now and my ticket is showing (the title). However, the ticket body is not there. Should I resubmit the ticket?

Yes, please re-submit and let me know if you still see blank ticket. I just tested and it works fine for me.
I just resubmitted the ticket and it seems to have went through fine now. Thank you so much for the help and speedy response!
