Thank you for your answer.

But I have Spanish marked in the lowest part and empty the check “the default message for all languages” but it sends the email in English.

How I can modify " massmail.welcome_header" manually?

Please enter the Spanish text that you want to send with the Notifications in place of English text.

lang.massmail.welcome_header is the variable used in Email Templates and you would not be able to edit it from control panel.
