Browser cannot open www.jodohost.com unless via proxy server.
Email cannot be accessed.
Hsphere cannot be accessed.
I cannot access HSphere either. It’s a bit of an annoyance.
Support, any idea how long its going to take to fix??
Same here, constantly returning problems on the servers.

Is this kind of think covered by the service level agreement?
Hsphere’s back up again
We are looking into this
There was an issue with unix1 (the mail/cp) server but there was absolute no issue with the web servers
We plan to upgrade the RAM on this server and that should take care of it
