(I actually sent an email via the contact form a few days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet so I thought I should post here, sorry if it’s the wrong place).
We have a client that has outgrown us and we would like them to directly sign up with Jodo.
So we’re wondering if there’s an easy way to move all their domains, content, databases, etc. to you guys directly?
They will be signing up to a Windows plan.
cluster1 or 2? Yes it can be done but will need to be arranged.
Basically we have a way to ‘change’ the reseller, not something we do often, but it comes in handy for people wanting to change service domains, just to setup a new account and migrate all their non service plan accounts, and it could be done in cases such as this, eventhough it does not come up often

All their stuff is on win27, not sure which cluster that is.

Actually we don’t need them to sign up, we will do a move of user to our main account, and then move a plan to the same group as our plans and they can then move to that. We will need an email from you as reseller, and their contact to agree to it just to ensure we have all our t’s crossed.
