Hi

Please try recreating your mailbox. Sometimes it is not properly created on the first go

After re-creating new mail box.

Using : mail.faizXXXX.com.my

I get this :
The host ‘mail.faiXXXX.com.my’ could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: ‘[email protected]’, Server: ‘mail.faiXXXX.com.my’, Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11002, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Change to IP : 66.36.230.189
start asking user name and password.

Hopely you can do something to solve it.. :frowning:

Hi..Yash,

DNS Report for faiXXXX.com.my

Multiple MX records
WARNING: You only have 1 MX record. If your primary mail server is down or unreachable, there is a chance that mail may have troubles reaching you.

Reverse DNS entries for MX records
ERROR: One or more of your mail server(s) have no reverse DNS (PTR) entries (if you see “Timeout” below, it may mean that your DNS servers did not respond fast enough). RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry.

Maybe this info can help you,

Thanks.. ?(
