Hi, I’ve created a “MSSQL Login” and then a “MSSQL database” but how do I assign dba rights/permissions to a user so they can connect and add tables?
When I edit the database settings and I click to add a database user the screen does not provide any options in the “MSSQL login” dropdown and so creating the new database user fails.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I be able to connect to the database using enterprise manager using the “Database login”
Please advise.
You need to do this from control panel ( like one SQL login to manage all DBs)

and then above guide to create users based on this login.
Hsphere does not allow the user to make a dba(mssql named dbo) level login, you will need to make a login and if needing such access submit a ticket for us to give you DBO.
