Have never bothered with external MSSQL in the past (seems to be a hot topic right now), but a few customers have been requesting apps that can sync with their websites etc. I noticed from another thread that Steven said that external access could be achieved with a vps account. Would this involve me installing sql express on a vps system and would plesk be able to monitor the traffic or would it involve much more.
Not sure if I want to even entertain the idea yet but always worth asking the question.
