Again a DB is abusing the server and everyone suffers…
Mssql11 has no issue. I have checked your domain too and it’s working with out any issue.
Even we have no complain for MSSQL11 (except this).

front end is always ok cause output is cached..
It was a very short time period this happened, by the time Manish was in it had been handled 
It was not more than 15 minutes that it was having some large cpu usage we tracked down.
