MSSQL3 permissions

i had some custom mssql3 permissions created by you guys so that i can access the db from MSSQL SMS - yesterday they were fine, today they are down
i assume they need to be recreated?

i need this done urgently (why are the transfers being done mid-week??).

no response at livechat

BTW, NO TRANSFERs were done mid week.

they were all done 100% early morning morning.
