MSSQL9 is having some abuse that I have been able to track down, but it is not responding to my attempts to block it properly and is going to require a reboot to resolve.
The reboot has not started yet, it is starting in the next 3 minutes.
Reboot is done and MSSQL is launching, some will have a login error till their DB is loaded should be less than 3-5 minutes in total.
