msxml3.dll error

This error has been continually popping up on Win23 lately; reported on ticket #GQT-82631-169:
msxml3.dll error ‘80072efd’

A connection with the server could not be established

/LM/W3SVC/378/ROOT/global.asa, line 63
This is the 3rd time it’s happened (the 2nd time, it was reported by the customer, but resolved before I could post a ticket) in as many days; the customer is not a happy camper. According to my preliminary research, this may be an internal network communications issue.

Anything that can be done to prevent recurrence of this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve fixed it and will keep an eye on it.

Thanks, Stephen. Appreciate the attention to this.

It is a code matter, getting hacked with some uploaders. I have logs of it.

check the FTP root folder for a new folder I made, and copied all the bad files over there, removing form live. Add to that, upload is not restricted to certain file types only, so it allows upload of asp/asp.net files.
