I thought is would be wise to inform you all that Jodohost has been having an ongoing problem with a trojan for near on 3 weeks which we have continuously brought to their attention.
The particular problem is, pages having a form and using enctype=“multipart/formdata” may not submit and cause an 404 error.
You may like to be aware of this issue if your clients come across it and start harrasing you, as mine are.
Please be very sure before posting such information in public.
If a page exists and you get 404’s, it relates to mod_security because the script are probably breaking some rule. Enable “error log” to see what exactly it is. The issue you refer to is said as 3 days in ticket and 3 weeks on this post. I’m not completely aware of it, so will get updates from Deepak and let you know more.
Dont get me wrong, but they are just completely different things.
