I know that you don’t support external scripts but this matter is related to your hosting:

I have installed a new untouched wordpress blog on:

http://www.en4us.com/blog2/index.php

All the internal links are not working, i.e. Pages, Archives or Categories.

Not script related matter!
Not Installation related matter!
Not user related matter!

Why is it wrong on Jodohost but not on other hostings?

Check the links:
http://www.en4us.com/blog2/?page_id=2 “[COLOR=“Red”]not working”

After adding index.php:
http://www.en4us.com/blog2/index.php?page_id=2 “[COLOR=“red”]WoW working fine”

Solution:
Permalink: Will break other links, i.e. browsing previous entries.

Can you explain???

Added index.php as default page and it seems to be working fine?

As i said earlier, i just added index.php as default page. Below guide will tell you how to do so:
