Stephen this isnt web3 its a windows server and i cant even get to it, been hanging for a hour, traceroute keeps timing out getting to your network, this has been going on for well over 3 weeks. I even had comcast out here, nothing in my location causing slowness to JODO network???

Its timing out halfway through to the network, other sometimes traceouts it times out 3-4 times also right at the cogentco point.
that timeout you have posted is only one router and one packet, it is making it to the network just fine.
