Please help me with this issue :
All my client hosted under win28.citywebindo.com is running TERRIBLE SLOW ! please don’t say its fine, its working great over there !
When I request to check, Jodo Support never really concern about my issue, I am keep losing our client ( as your reseller ). And the bad news again, I will be charged for 10 USD to move the web to another Jodo server ( like win29.citywebindo.com ) for each of my client hosted under win28
OMG ! how can I pay for something is not my fault ? if Jodo just provide us with GOOD and WELL RUNNING server, I don’t need to move.
I hope this ticket can be solved ASAP.
