webD, it would be a great idea if you submit a ticket with the time frame and we’d monitor it.
It is handled 10x faster on the support system. Please report on forum if you don’t get a reply or reasonable response

Re: MySQL 2 goes down sametime everyday

I actually did put in a ticket sametime I posted in the forum and Deepek replyed. I wanted to post in forum as well just to get any additional feedback.

Sometimes differect Techs know what happen and some don’t if one of them were working on a issue and someone was not aware of it.

If there is any major issue that needs attention all concerned techs are aware. Just so you know posts on forums, as Yash mentioned, wont really serve your purpose of notification.

For this particular issue as i know Deepak is taking care of. Let us know if the issue continues.

Yes sametime today 4:01am PST, MySQL5 went down again. I added to the support ticket from yesterday about 4 hours ago but have not heard back from anyone.

This has been happening sametime everyday for about the last 2-3 weeks.

I’ve done a change here. Let me know how it goes tomorrow.

ok Thanks.

It don’t go down long, and it would not be a issue, but its my live chat.

I am 99.9% here online and catch it, but If I walk away and take a break, my live will be down and I would of not knowed it.

I know now to check at 3:00am my time and refresh as its most likely down. Ill let you know what happens tommorrow.

I hope you are not up and working all this time, or wait let me register you for the world records

Will I do sleep not much but some. :frowning: So nope I won’t win no World Records.

When I do sleep I have a remote speaker next to me that rings if someone needs me on live chat.

THats why I always worry about MySQL server going down if I am alseep or away, I won’t know its down, and I advertise 24/7 live chat like you guys do. I also post in alot of forums and show this in my ads.

I have been using Live chat on my hosting and design sites, and been doing it on my own. I hire people but they never work out.

THanks again.
