Sorry to post this here, but tickets are not working as they are being bounced back to me if I try and enter one.
I am having a MySQL connection problem. Each time I try and connect I am receiving 500 server errors.
The domain is stardust-city.com on Web 15 I am trying to connect to database(s) on mysql8 173.0.129.24 but no matter what I try I get 500 errors.

Well now I am really puzzled. The email also bounced when I sent it to the other address. In searching for the problem I totally deleted the account and tried creating a new one on a Windows Server. Now I cannot connect at all with ftp. Sorry but I am really at a loss here ?!?
Sorry maybe I am just getting too tired tonight..I have now connected via ftp..but still not sure if database and files (Wordpress) will work or not. I cannot send any emails without bouncing to you folks though.
