Mysql: Failed to create Database xxxxxx

Hi,

Im getting “Failed to create Database xxxxxx” when attempting to create a new mysql. Even when my resources say 11 of 50 used.

Any clue about this?

Does it say that it created ticket or not?

what ticket do you mean? should I submit one under my cp?

The falied procedure was:

  1. Login to CP
  2. MYSQL
  3. Mysql Wizard
  4. Enter name and description (couple of alternatives)
  5. submit → “failed to create database xxxxxx”.

What i man is that sometimes if it is server side error it says “Failed to create database xxxx, Internal ticket created”

would be best to submit a ticket only a few opened and I am the only one working them, none on this subject :slight_smile:
