I write here, that on several occasions and via live chat left me waiting and no answer, (very strange situation because I’ve never had this before)
Since the migration to waco I have found my web sites using mysql are slower, sometimes run like a rocket but most of the time it is not.
I put my important domains in jodohost, and I have customers outside jodohost who like cpanel and are with another hosting provider.
I really trusted more Jodohost,
I think the cluster hosting it is better than cpanel, but when I compare the performance of 2 identical sites, one in jodohost and another not, I see the websites in jodo are very slow. 
I’m really sad because I’ve never had problems with jodohost, even in earlier days by live chat told me <<< migrate my account to VPS, if I wanted better performance >>> and this can not be, because my sites do not have a high traffic, even some just born and have few visits per month.

Some issues with power in the office today, not with generator or ups, but some internal power circuit issues, this has made today particularly bad for chats.
Right now we are relocating to another room on different power system.

First, this situation comes from a few months ago and you can see the ticket no. MPQ-15942-515
Second with the migration process was very traumatic for me you can see ticket no.: IOX-26008-803
After migrate webserver and mysql still in miami, i move my db to another mysql server ( in waco ) and same problem: slow mysql, but better than using the mysqlserver even in miami
Now i try to run a new project and the site runs really slow, is a store with prestashop, in relation to this i don`t have a ticket, I always open the chat and the answer is that everything is fine…
I know I’m a small reseller but I am jodohost since 2006,
If you can do something for me I would appreciate it
