I was wondering if I could ask when you are going to upgrade the version of MySQL you support? I have a peice of software that needs 4.2.1 and I can’t run it because it is telling me that you are using an earlier version?
Thanks

We are not running 4.2.1 I don’t have the exact version in front of me, I will let a unix tech answer that ![]()
Version on linux boxes is 4.0.27.
You can see version when you login to phpMyAdmin
Thanks for the info. Are you planning an upgrade to an higher version at any point? Would be good if possible?

One further question…are the Windows servers running a later version? Thanks.
We run dedicated MySQL servers that serve both Windows & Linux accounts.
There is no “4.2.1” version of MySQL.
The current releases supported are MySQL 4.0.x, 4.1.x, 5.0.x & 5.1.x (Still in Beta)
We do have plans to go to MySQL4.1, but that will come with Hsphere 2.5.
If you need it early, you can get a VPS account and run your own MySQL there.
