A Joomla site of mine on web16/mysql10 is down because the database username for it has suddenly disappeared. The database itself is also showing as being 0k in size. Is there a backup of these that can be restored. I have one, but it’s 6 weeks old.

Whatever caused it, the user and database are now restored. Scary… (note: increase backup frequency.)
web16 problems continue however…
We have done some configuration changes that should help in such situations now, we also monitored an affected website to notice the effect of changes, and it worked fine. Please do check and let us know if there is a issue with your site and we can look into it for you for sure.
