Could I get an update on the situation with mysql7?

Is this part of the ransomware situation, or is this a separate issue that I should attempt to address on my end?

I’m desperately trying to get a backup from MSSQL12.

Two tickets and 12 hours later - not a single reply from support, not a single update anywhere. This is totally unacceptable.
