Name Server Issue

Hi,

I probably missconfigured something because now, when adding a new domain, its assumes that the Name Servers are:

ns3.mhere.biz → 204.14.104.150
ns4.mhere.biz → 204.10.105.200

Instead of

ns1.pymeactiva.com → 204.14.104.114
ns2.pymeactiva.com → 204.14.105.84

How can I solve this?

you need to submit your server aliases in e.manager, as your nameservers are ns3/4

Currently I have:

ns3.pymeactiva.com ns3.mhere.biz (DNS Server)
ns4.pymeactiva.com ns4.mhere.biz (DNS Server)
ns1.pymeactiva.com ns.mhere.biz (DNS Server) 204.14.104.114 Delete
ns2.pymeactiva.com ns2.mhere.biz (DNS Server) 204.14.105.84 Delete

Where ns3 and ns4 are a couple of textfields.

What should I modifiy? This will affect our previous domains configured as ns1 and ns2.pymeactiva.com?

You donot need to modify anything. Just hit “Submit”. Also it will not hurt anything using ns1 & ns2.
