I am trying to get to my domain “biginthosting.com” and I am having a issue. I have just pinged ns.biginthosting.com and I am getting a time out. What is going on?

You really don’t have to mention your domain at the forums. You can use the ticket system. I just thought that resellers might want to keep their domains a secret because we’ve taken an awful amount of effort to prevent you from being traced to us.
