I tried opening 2 tickets but they don’t seem to be getting created. Anyhow, I accidentally deleted an account yesterday and need it restored.
Can someone help with this.
My account is webfire, and the deleted account is webfire29 I do believe.

Hello? This is rather important. I have many sites down.
not sure why but this wasn’t showing as a new thread to me, so I missed it in my checks of the forums.
Really can’t do much from here we need to know things like which server it was on and the likes, which need to be discussed in ticket.

We checked web3, no backups with that user ID there, so not that server. Really need to continue this in ticket however.
we found out it was on web2 with a lookup to old dns servers

I assume all the website data will reappear as well?
not sure if you got a ticket in place, but you will need to reconfigure DB connections as they went to different servers, but the data should be there now or very soon.
