I’ve been waiting for a response to ticket #DGU-83323-733. Can someone please look into it right away?

Hello Ben,

Please always be patient with request like these. They can easily take many hours. Plus for every case posted in your ticket we have to 3 different logs files ranging from few hundreds to 4 gigs in size across 2 servers. Apart from this we also have to go through many many gigs of backups to indentify the pre-state. And this applies to every case of all posted in that ticket
However I’ll ensure atleast some on-hold response is provided sooner.

Thank you for getting the issue nailed down. You are right, and I apologize for not being patient. I do understand how long things can take to troubleshoot and jumped the gun on this one.
