So I asked in a trouble ticket if I could switch to .NET 2.0 on my own or need a ticket. The response surprised me. It said that 2.0 was not available on my server, even though it’s windows. Why? 1.1 and 2.0 live fine next to each other. Then the kicker, it would cost me $10 to move to a .net 2.0 server. HUH? Why? Your windows account descriptions say .net 1.1/2.0 that means I should have both available to me at the price listed for the package.
This was all announced in forums here and listed on home page for a long time.
